Vincent Ademola Adeyemi earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, and University of Ibadan, Nigeria, respectively, and a doctorate in Digital Systems from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), Mexico. Having worked as a Computer Science lecturer for over ten years, he is currently a research associate at the Image Processing Laboratory of the Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo de Tecnología Digital (CITEDI), Tijuana, Mexico, one of the research centers of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. He is a thesis advisor and member of the thesis review committees for masters and doctoral students.
His research interests include image processing, cryptosystems, information security, chaotic nonlinear dynamic systems, multimedia encryption, secure communication systems, evolutionary Algorithms, and FPGA systems design. He has over 20 publications, including articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, books, and book chapter. Also, he currently serves a Guest Editor for MDPI’s Fractal and Fractional, in addition to being a regular reviewer for several peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.
