Dr. Biswan has over 22 years of industry experience as a solution architect, designer, and implementor, as well as a strong passion for research and innovation in information science, information technologies, quantum computing, business, and IT management, and a strong focus and interest in IT/IS research areas within machine learning, data sciences, AI, deep learning, and quantum computing applications to solve real-world business problems.
He was awarded PhD in Computer Science from University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas, and pursuing a second PhD in quantum computing and quantum communication theory in Industry 5.0 and has achieved ABD status, expecting the degree award in November or December 2023.
A technology innovator and yogic personality who prefers to focus on academic research to assist students, researchers, and associates at universities, research institutions, and academic institutions to pursue a challenging career in a progressive environment where learning, innovation, and creativity are encouraged and where my skills and knowledge can be enhanced to their maximum potential to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization, as well as its impact on society and socio-economic benefits.
Biswan is a most senior member of IEEE as a senior member of region-4 IEEE, and Biswan is an Active Student Chair Activity (SAC Chair) in IEEE-Chicago 4, and Chair of SPX members for the better reach in research and innovations in Science, Technology and Quantum Computing. Biswan is a fellow BCS, Fellow ICS Ireland, Fellow IETE, Registered practioner in AI(ISTglobal UK) and supporting many volunteering IT societies for mankind.
